Suzana Marku is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in both acute care and outpatient medicine, specializing in women’s health, menopause care, and aesthetic medicine. She is the co-founder of Urban Aesthetics, a leading aesthetic practice with multiple locations across Michigan, and trusted provider with Women’s Excellence and Rejuuuuve4You, where she continues to elevate women's health and confidence through individualized care.

Suzana earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner track) from the prestigious McAuley School of Nursing in Detroit, Michigan. Her early nursing career was rooted in high-acuity care, working in the ICU and Emergency Department at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, as well as providing home infusion therapy for Henry Ford across Metro Detroit. These critical roles shaped her clinical acumen, resilience, and deep empathy for patients.

Upon becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Suzana turned her focus toward women’s health—a passion driven by the clear need for more attentive, empowering care for women. She quickly recognized that many patients were seeking guidance in weight loss, hormone balance, fertility, and menopause, yet felt dismissed or unheard in traditional settings. Determined to change that, Suzana earned certification as a North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (NCMP), allowing her to deliver evidence-based menopause and hormone care at the highest level.

Through in-depth conversations with her patients, it became clear that the journey of aging wasn’t just about internal health—it was also about how women feel in their own skin. This inspired Suzana to pursue advanced education in facial anatomy, injectable techniques, and graceful aging solutions, traveling across the United States to train with some of the country’s most respected aesthetic educators. Her commitment to excellence led to the founding of Urban Aesthetics, where she applies her clinical knowledge with an artistic touch to deliver natural, safe, and confidence-boosting results.

Today, Suzana leads a skilled team of Registered Nurses, overseeing patient care and training to ensure every client receives expert-level service. She is known for her honest, compassionate approach, her eye for subtle but powerful enhancements, and her tireless commitment to professional growth.
